You feel bad for putting Chiyo in this situation. "Ah, well, I'll help, too." You turn to Sayuri. "Yeah, I'll help split the work with Chiyo. We'll be more productive that way."
Sayuri lights up. "Yaaay! Thank you, Chiyo-chan, Onii-chan." She bows and then runs up to the homeroom teacher, who just walked in.
"You said all of that?" Chiyo asked. "Revenge for me abandoning you to help her yesterday, I presume?"
You shrug. "Yeah, more or less. I forgot about it until just now, though, hah." You scratch your head. "We should be fine, though. Between the two of us, we could probably open a shop or something."
"Only if you worked really hard," Chiyo says. "But I think you're right. We'll be fine."
"Yeah.." You look around and see Miyuki in a corner reading a book, and you see Sora deflecting notes from some of the braver guys in class. You don't, however, see Roslyn. "Where is she?" you wonder.
"Hmm?" Chiyo asks, looking over at you.
"Roslyn isn't here," you tell her. "Second day and absent? Not good."
