Nah, I've been in and out through the years. A lot of /a/'s recommendations and hypes end up sucking ass and now I just go to waifu threads like the lonely faggot that I am. My biggest problem with the show will always be the main couple, they're very bland and uninteresting as people and more so as a couple and I don't see them suited as the mangas' main feature. I've enjoyed romance before, so I'm tolerant of all the cliches, usually because I look forward to the point they will get together, but I can't get excited about these two.

But continue liking things I don't like, doesn't really bother me anymore.

And that's a justified reason for not watching it.

As a counter view however, I like the show precisely because it goes beyond just the surface, as most shows do. It doesn't star some hot headed Tsundere or an outgoing girl looking for love in all the wrong places. Instead, it actually focuses on two people who really like each other. And while it takes a while for them to progress, they ARE progressing.

This is the same reason I [refer shows like Clannad, Toradora and Kare Kano. I prefer to see the progress of a relationship, not just the end result of one.

Combined with the manga's sharp drop in sales, this pretty much disqualifies Bleach from being in the big three anymore. What series should replace it?
