In any case, what the hell do you think agility even means? It's not just fucking sprint speed. Lancer accelerates faster than Rider, but she actually runs faster. It doesn't give anybody the ability to just move out of the way instantly from a high-speed swing, especially in situations where the action of reaching behind your back takes literally all the time you have to prevent your death.
Can you even remember the scene? Gil did try to run. He got as far as turning his back before Shirou's sword swung down to cut him in half, and the only reason it didn't end there was because Gil's body suddenly started eating itself and surprised him.
