Since it is said to be a quadrant of the universe that ate broly scat and broly didnt one shot it since it turned out to be a mistranslation but more like it fell under attack, but even then it is clear that he didn't really destroy all of it since the main planet the movie played in was still there so it is save to assume that he scatdumped most of it in a short period because iirc it was said that the south galaxy just had fallen under attack implying it was a pretty short time frame.

And if you do, scatting on a quater of infinity would still be infinite so to say granting him some kind of high universal power. He easily feeds scat to a lot of the super cast
