First you need to understand that dragons are beings without the life force - aura but are filled and sustained by mana instead, said mana is a power foreign to the world and while its origins are unknown it is tied to the existence of dragon god. Mana is the blood of the dragon, it shapes & defines their very existence and the magic they can use. Human mages merely imitate dragon’s blood vessels when they cast spells.
After the goons decided to fag around in this world a silverish looking metal yeeted itself into existence, the aura it emits instantly freezes the aforementioned mana solid preventing any gay lizard shit from happening. As you can see dragons/mana & silver don't like each other on the very fundamental level.
Now let’s get back to OG Ragna.
OG Ragna got Sia's blood gift but he seethed so hard he broke the enchantment and stabbed his heart with a sliver blade freezing it before the transformation took plac.
Later OG Crimson found the dead silver dildo known as OG Ragna and revived it, tinkering with it in the process adding to its girth, current Crimson suspects that Ragna got a share of his blood as well.
OG Ragna who was now a zombie double dragon of wanged bloodline - Sia x1, Crimson x1 decided that all this dragon shit is gay as fuck, grabbed his favorite silver sword and waddled into the endless wastes to kill some fucking gay lizards.
OG Ragna now had a new problem, the silver sword for some reason started to seep into his body burning and mangling it, replacing parts of him with silver.
The whole process was nothing but excruciating pain but the autsit prevailed.
This torture took years but in the end silver sword completely fused with OG Ragna's flesh and OG Ragna became the silver sword itself, as is he continuously emits silver aura with all of his body.
