death was a completely retarded and unjustified choice on any possible ground. It's basically the FF7REMAKE of Code Geass, with the difference that FF7R waters down the story with useless stuff, while CGrecap butchers away important stuff.
It was kind of predictable, considering how they even though of cramming a 50-episode series into 3 movies, but if only they made the whole 1st movie only about R1 and the other 2 entirely about R2 it could've been so much better without having to cut anything.
