So long as his son like free money and he isn't too into "DON'T RUIN MY DAD'S LEGACY!!!" or something equally inane (given that Toriyama was always pro do whatever people enjoy) then you might not even notice a difference, other than some "Dedicated to the memory of Akira Toriyama" here and there, and probably some "This was made referencing notes that he had made in life!!!" none sense.
