As an adult you should be able to afford $100/month for an escort. Go stick your dick in 3D enough and you realize it's not a big deal. It's loveless, but you at least come that much closer to getting over your anxiety. Then you just use all the shit you learned online from groups like RSD to socialize and eventually get a girl interested in you, maybe escalate to a lay. The best part is you don't treat it at some sort of epic moment cuz if she rejects you, you're just a text away from a $100 lay.
It's literally just about manning up and fixing yourself.
