It's actually sad how terrible the writing becomes with everything after Okkotsu "kills" Yuji. Sure there are cool fights, especially hakari vs kashimo, but the actual plot and characters are just thrown aside.
There are about 8 side characters who get introduced, then completely thrown away and ignored after 2 chapters. Gege introduces multiple plot points which don't get any development, they either just end randomly with no followup, or he gets bored of writing so he writes an extremely anticlimactic forced ending which ruins all the buildup.
Not to mention how it's such awful writing to bring back Gojo just to kill him. I understand that you need him out of the picture to let other character's do anything at all, but he's literally in the prison realm already. Instead of introducing a deus ex machina to free him, how about you keep him trapped there until other characters get nearly as strong as him, then he can be re-introduced into the story at an appropriate power-level (because lets be honest, its a shounen, they always end up at dbz powerlevels). Also why does he say he dies with no regrets? He got rekt and sukuna is free to go and kill all his friends. Plus kenjaku's plan is still ongoing and if he succeeds all the humans will die. How does he have no regrets?
Seriously man this series had real potential. What a shame
