Give Yamucha god ki, and expand on the Rogafufuken. Let him create ki constructs that are based off the wolf motif.
Give Chaozu more hax, make it so his telepathy works on enemies that are stronger than him. Nobody too strong, maybe one or two tiers above his own. I think it would be interesting if he could use divination, like in some of the games, but that may be too similar to Baba. Maybe he could make minor changes to the future, like making his enemies' pants fall or giving them stomach aches.
