I'm not saying they're bad characters, but I am saying they'll be slightly less in the next polls because they aren't moe girls or Emiya. Something like Saber has staying value, but something like Kerry does not.

Tsukihime is Shiki's story, you can add on a bit, but you're adding it on in the sense that "Shiki and friends find this new shit". If it didn't involve Shiki or Arc then it would be called something else entirely.
This isn't too hard to understand. Tsukihime is popular, but Fate can be a lot of different shit that doesn't ever involve Shirou.
