I, for one, don't care to compare the girls. I find Stella to be really cute and likable. She's more in the vain of characters like Louise from ZnT and Claire from Blade Dance. I've always been taken by this type of main girl.
I'd say she's a pretty good one, too. She doesn't get angry over misunderstandings as much as other tsudnere's of her type and she openly expresses care and concern for Ikki.
She's also pretty competent in her own right.
Julis is also cute, but she's of a slightly different type, I feel. She reminds me more of tsundere's like Chitoge from Nisekoi or Asuna from Sword Art. Whereas Stella is definitely the submissive one in her relationship with Ikki, Julis feels more on equal footing with Ayato.
Either way, I personally prefer Stella because Rakudai, to me, is a much more fun viewing experience, and Stella has really just captivated me with her cuteness and slight lewdness.
You don't have to hate one to like one, guys. There are also several otehr great girls this season. Tatsumaki doesn't get a lot of page time in the OPM manga, but she's sexy and has great moments. And Sakurako is is really beautiful and intelligent.
