She never actually wants to mentally or physically harm to anyone, but just likes having a laugh. It's all about how you handle her teasing. If you take it in stride, like Sakurako when Kyouko groped her, she'll ease up on it. But if you react like Chinatsu and Chizuru, she'll keep on teasing you until you get a laugh out of it.
