Chapters 64-67 on there are the more recent redraws, but after that point they're original magazine versions from 2003ish, which has always been missing a couple that were never scanned, and have been redrawn and revised since. The revision includes new characters so you can't rely on them going forward, however they do go about a chapter further than the tankobon got. Tank has extra pages and details but no scans yet. In total there's about nine translated chapters they're missing.
For the order of side stories, the Summer/Winter specials (2005, 2006) about Ukyou and Oriya should be read after volume 9, and the last pages are important to vol 8's conclusion. The mahjong special (2011) should be around vol 13 but isn't important, just fluff. The Tatsumi's day special (2004?) should be read after chapter 74 (as goddess has put it) of the redraw, not because of a chronological connection but because you won't have seen both bunnies (the first is in vol 12, keep an eye out in flashbacks). There's more meaning if you know bunny existed, and you have to be past vol 5 for sure. Most people won't care though, it's just if you want a close reading.
Whoever uploaded them has to have been a fan, because the magazine versions of chapters aren't easily available uncompressed to shit by aggregate sites. All the old sites hosting them have died. The newer chapters are LJ locked too.
