You missed the point. Let me break it down for you further using a real world example. Say you're an artist and all of a sudden you have this bolt of inspiration to draw something amazing. You're able to do so and you remember every step you took to create it. Then a day or two later when you've calmed down and that energy you had then is gone, you try and do it again but can't. You remember the steps and everything but you just can't crank out the drawing. My point is that just because you are able to do something in the heat of the moment, whether it be a technique or a transformation, doesnt mean you'll be able to do it again when everything calms down. I only used Super Saiyan as an example as that was also something that happened in the heat of the moment.
