bensAjimi in s3 was very poorly handled.
She just suddenly appears in scenes for comic relief for a few seconds, before running off or disappearing. And even then, people say 'it's too much, I hate her'. She doesn't really interact with Cosmo (or Chanko) either, she just stands next to her.
No SCR for her or her team mates, and frequently called sub character trash.
I would have loved an arc where she gets together with Cosmo (with a little yuri pandering) and they find a 3rd wheel together.
Instead, Chanko is given to them in one episode. I think the creators wanted to show a 'muh diversity' team (I've seen JP tweets describing UBB as a diversity theme team 'anyone can be idle') but shoehorned in the last minute with no arc and no character interaction.
There are a few times earlier in s3 where Ajimi says she wants to become kami idle.

She asks Non to be her teammate, but then just repeats 'DaDaDa Vinci Renaissance' while spinning in circles... She doesn't notice that Non doesn't like her and isn't listening to her.
I think it basically implies that Ajimi was just asking random girls to be her friend and getting rejected every time.
Imagine an arc about that, how sad it would be.
She is just an autistic girl with no friends and no parents, nobody loves her.
But she is happy, because she is in her own little world, her own little art gallery.
