Rate my SNK rewrite:
- Erwin receives the Colossal Titan rather than Armin. Armin dies for real.
- Erwin immediately calls to bolster defenses after learning the truth in the basement, and teach new recruits how to fight against humans, preparing for war.
- There is some resistance, but it is dealt with swiftly with Erwin, Levi and Hanji at the forefront of the Scouts and with Historia's cooperation as Queen.
- Zeke's 50 year plan is revealed to them with the visit of Kiyomi and the nation of Hizuru, and the conditions. Erwin is willing to sacrifice Historia, but Eren discusses with him in private that there may be another way due to their bloodlines.
- The ceremony proceeds where Eren kisses Historia's hand, the future is now changed
- Erwin and Eren agree to send Eren undercover to Marley, along with other Scouts, to gather information. The attack on Liberio proceeds, but half of the Scouts are jaded and disheartened by this, including Jean, Connie, Sasha and Mikasa.
- A war between Marley and the world versus Paradis is inevitable. Erwin reveals his actual plan to Rumble large parts of the world along with Eren, causing a rift between him and Hanji. In a moment of weakness, he lets her go. Hanji is followed by Jean, Connie and Sasha.
- Mikasa and Levi both struggle with choosing loyalty or morality. In the end, Mikasa chooses loyalty, Levi chooses morality. Levi joins with Hanji, Mikasa follows Eren.
- Meanwhile, Marley's warriors are infiltrating Paradis, as expected, hoping to find and kill Eren. Though their ideologies do not exactly match, they join up with Hanji's team until Eren's death.
- Annie is freed and teams up with Hanji's team, though it is made very clear she is not welcome.
