When it comes to brainwashing, (save for the heroes losing), the only real outcome is for the victim to have the hold over them broken (because the puppet master/their control is defeated) or because the victim snaps out of it.
The potential of including Amane's perspective doesn't even allow for interesting drama either because it's relatively obvious how it plays out before it even happens which just makes it predictable and boring and because narratively, Amane can't overcome that block herself, it just creates stagnation. Brainwashing is just a dramatic holding pattern til such time as it because functionally viable to progress the narrative again
