Instead of those boring rpgs that AAA companies pump out, just take one and rewrite the plot: a fantasy rpg game where you play as a brother sister duo. Combat is similar to the 2008 Prince of Persia reboot; you control both siblings during combat, and you gotta juggle between them to set up combos.
Main plot will revolve around how the sibling's parents, the king and queen of the land, was preparing to marry your sister to a far away land and separate you two forever. But you rescue your sister and you both escape into the countryside, all while your parents send more waves of bounty hunters, soldiers, and eventually wizards and monsters to capture you both and separate you again. Eventually you guys get strong enough, and attack the castle where your parents, the final bosses, awaits. Your parents fight in the same style as the siblings, both partners fighting in tandem. It's a hard battle, but eventually you win, and your parents relent, accept your relationship, and call off the wedding.
While exploring the open world, you discover the siblings backstory, how their illicit relationship came to be, how it affected them and everyone around them, and how they persevered despite the immense pressures around them. If you collect all of the backstory scenes, you're treated with the secret ending: the reason your parents tried so hard to separate you is because they're also secretly brother and sister who had to run away because of their relationship, and wanted their children not to have as hard of a life as they did.
