panzy and minotaur shouldnt have even be able to see goku moves. back in og dragon ball characters in the first tournament were really something amazing, only the lnes who trained and knew how to fight -how to use ki- were able to see their moves. check goku vs krilin. here in the demon everybody seems to be fucking weak, they are as tough as regular soldiers are. this goku is far, FAR above from his fight with krilin all the way back in og db
hell even gohan, a half-saiyan with huge hidden power, struggled to learn how to follow the fights move in the saiyan saga
these daima characters don't know ki. these daima characters are barely above humans. panzy is no different, no superhuman, she is just usopp. or maybe videl/chichi if you take into account she is the daugter of a king of sorts
