Aristera can actually just increase his power level, which is unheard of. He's a DB character in Kinnikuman's world, and could definitely hit god level if he kept training. thanks OP for posting this! I watched the anime adaptation a long time ago so it was nice to see the comic version. But I must say I much prefer the anime, mainly since the voice casting was just too damn good

The universal chojin committee exists to make sure the rules are followed throughout the universe. Both justice and devil chojin are obligated to abide by the results of a match no matter what happens, even justice chojin will accept the murder of a chojin as long as it happens in a fair match. You cannot take over earth unless you beat the justice chojin in official matches. However justice chojin are also i guess obligated to let the enemy take over earth if they indeed lose the fair matches, which is why they have to fight like their life depends on it, you're fighting for earth. The results of the match are absolute.
