Like, her parents asked Sword Maiden for help, Sword Maiden placed a request to Goblin Slayer through the guild, and Goblin Slayer and party brought her back, but never spread around any details to spare her. So it's just her parents, Sword Maiden, a few people at the guild, and Goblin Slayer's party who know that she tried to be an adventurer, failed badly enough that she got the rest of her party wiped out and herself captured by goblins.
But yeah, the various interactions at court show that they've no idea of why Sword Maiden hates goblins so much. Much less any idea that she's a former goblin victim.
