Considering she rebelled and destroyed her own kingdom because father didn't love her it's probably best to assume that she wouldn't be that great of a king anyway; so her wish is probably not happening at all.
I can't see her making it to the end either way, and honestly I'm okay with this. Unless they want to drive in the suffering a bit by having her go back in time to pull the sword only to realize that she can't do it; she may be a clone of Arthur but she by no means is the legitimate king at all and lacks any of Arthur's nobility or fortitude that made him a righteous king. So it's foolish to assume that you're good enough just because you have the same genetics here. At which point it turns into Mordred breaking down, repenting, and then becoming a different figure in Arthur's court in the end to atone but she has to watch herself destroy it all again.
In the end she's just a scorned and furious child who didn't get enough hugs and now is taking it out on everyone else; which is exactly what her mother wanted as I recall.
