They don't give everyone access because 'ex' allows gore, loli, and other shit that is persona non grata in most countries (or could be argued as such by those countries lawyers if they had a bone to pick). 'e-' does not have these same galleries, and returns a 'this gallery does not exist' message if it is a gallery that is only available on 'ex'
I just get annoyed at them because faggots always post the 'ex' links, even when there is a version on 'e-' but perhaps at a different address. Unless it is only found on 'ex', there is no reason to use an 'ex' link.
