Pearl has seen some shit. And is apparently on meth. Lapis looks okay, but IDK if it's because she's next to considerably less fortunate outfits. Could have made her face match the rest of her body though.

That's the thing though. You CAN get good cheap wigs, good cheap(ish) fabric, decent cheap shoes, and you can put a decent costume together for pretty cheap. But these people think that all wigs are the same so cheap=best, and they can't tell the difference between decent satin and blinding plastic hellfire no matter how many times you explain the blatantly clear differences. So you end up with shit because, despite having enough free time to put together a costume, there was no time to do basic research on, eg, sewing costumes instead of using the good old glue gun and stapler combo.
