I decided I'm just bringing those two. No Cirno. I had forgotten I pulled apart her bow for another costume I needed it for at the time and I'm too lazy to put it back together.
I booked two rooms at the JW for the sake of walking convenience, but I'm afraid now with the X-Games in the way, they're not going to clear a path or have something easy for us to go to and from with. I really do not want them to make us walk all the way around... that defeats the point of all the money we're dropping on the hotel room.
Los Angeles would gladly take the X-Games over AX any day. They're paying buckets of money and all of the guests are paying full priced hotel rooms. We had a similar issue locally one year. Our convention decides to throw a big New Year's Eve ball come that time of year but our usual hotel decided to double book us with a champagne party. We were informed of being double booked but not with what. The venue itself was still fine, and the mix of people was alright--just extra crowded... until they all got drunk. It was very frightening. Drunken knife fights around every corner.
