Handsome Jack from Boarderlands is making this exorcism machine for her (because they're going out? This part was unclear) and is the town hero for getting rid of all demons. He uses this as a way to push the towns people around.
Kisuke Urahara from Bleach tries to give Ichigo advice on what to do, but Ichigo listens to Happy Mask Salesman from Legend of Zelda, who is also Urahara's shop rival, instead.
This leads Ichigo to put on a series of masks and try talking to Clare. First as Tamaki from Ouran High School host club at the ball in Clare's honor. Then at a karaoke bar with Vash the Stampede from Trigun. Both end up with Clare walking away angrily at being told she should go through with the exorcism.
The final mask is a blue hat and turns him into some witch character. Clare and her spare until the hat gets knocked off revealing it was Ichigo the whole time.
Clare is pissed. And has firmly decided to go through with the exorcism now. That is until she sees Handsome Jack push his scientist into the exorcism machine to act as a battery, thus killing her.
Clare says she won't kill him, but there are a bunch of now very angry villagers out for blood. And they chase him around. This leads to him deciding between nuking the town or letting all the Hallow/Yoma out.
The last scene is Ichigo and Clare sitting on a bench. Eyes popping open on the screen behind them. Clare says "you take the ones on the left"
Then it ended.
