Put up pictures of cute girls wearing your favorite brand pieces.
Only eat healthy foods. I know this is hard, but it's the reality of real weight loss. Junk food and sweets should only ever be eaten as an ocassional treat for meeting significant goals, like for example having a couple pieces of pizza or a slice of cake to celebrate losing 20lbs. You must have the will power to avoid these foods aside from that, though.
EXERCISE. Go on a run 4 times a week for at least half an hour to start out with then gradually work your way up and add other exercises to your routine. Running is the best way to get used to exercise for most people.
Perhaps the most important thing to remember: IT'S NOT EASY. The reason people fail to lose weight is because they either do about it the completely wrong way or give up because there's no "right way" that's not extremely difficult and takes a lot of will power. It also takes a lot of time and you can't just expect serious results after going on a run a few times. It could be a couple months before you see a bug difference, depending on your metabolism.
Speaking of metabolism, keep yours up by eating three meals, but also healthy snacks in between. This will train your body to process food faster and accelerate weight loss.
Don't weigh yourself, measure yourself. It's a much better way to measure progress (pun not intended) because when you exercise, you get muscle which is denser than fat, so seeing how much you weigh can be kind of misleading in regards to how small you've become. Like, if you have two girls of the same height and one weighs 120lbs and is skinnyfat, and the other is 135lbs and is fit, the 135lb one is going to look smaller.
