I'm not here to bash people for their lack of experience or skill, or their gender, or their personal agendas and whatnot, because whatever truth there is that stuff, there are bigger fundamental problems that outweigh them. These networks simply do not care to hire, or are unable to discern, people whose skills actually match the property. Nearly every reboot with a new team seems to have this problem. It's not that they're unqualified, they're just the wrong people for the task.
