>>132901658Speaking as the guy doing the Terra Hypnagogica crossover thing (which isnt small scale by any stretch of the imagination), I've found that it's genuinely easier to do individual pieces of art for scenes that you want done, small 'micro-comics', and stuff like that to draw interest first. Then its really on a matter of time and getting people invested with semi-consistent output before you can get other artists onboard to help you with the stuff that you dont think you can do on your own. This alao applies to any original comics that you do.
