Regarding websites, I find Inkbunny the best in terms of navigation, features and user friendly-less. However anything involving human lewds is not allowed. As stated, you need to censor things with Pixiv for lewds, and the layout is sort of drab compared to how it used to be back in the day.
>it's still one of the biggest in terms of activity and userbase.>exposure and ease of access>just practicing my art skillsYou bring up some key factors as to why you'd choose what you'd choose. If getting out there, catching clout and attention is your main goal, then yes Twitter is the place to be. But with all the attention comes the risk of things backfiring, and sometimes this usually has to do with the content an artist draws. Twitter can also be very volatile, one day your account is there, the next its gone, because something you posted violated their TOS that you thought was okay.
>I'm leaning more towards using the exact same username everywhereThat is your choice and I understand it, its easier, I personally err on the side of caution and make different names for different places, as its easy for (the wrong) people to track you via a search. I would very much make a different handle for Twitter, if you make one.
You may have a hard time with Twitter considering your art style and the characters you draw, if you post lewds. It falls into a very cartoony style that if the wrong eyes see it, it likely will get reported and your account banned. I don't even think there is a three strike rule or anything, you're just nuked.
