You could argue that Bardock loses to Omniman if you limit him to the not canon 90s special, but at this point, Death Battle uses Dragon Ball expanded lore, so Omniman winning doesn't make sense. But at least you can more or less understand that non-canon Bardock from the 90s loses because he doesn't have Saiyan transformation or Super's boost.
But Kratos vs Asura is just laughably stupid. It's Death Battle at its worst. It's them lying desperately to pretend that this isn't a stomp in Asura's favor, only to avoid triggering a pathetic bunch of blind fanatics. It's Death Battle actively making the battle board community worse, instead of helping to fraudcheck and expose lies.

does anyone else hate the way toonforce is interpreted as the ability to do anything rather than just a property some characters possess? like theoretically toonforce means toons could win alot of battles, but they wouldn't, because toon force is limited by characterization and context, and is largely a reactionary power rather than something the user can use at whim (toons arent AWARE they have toonforce for fucks sake.). People treat every toon like their toonforce gives them bugs bunny tier power when it doesn't whatsoever. Spongebob's toonforce doesn't make him as powerful as death battle thinks it does, because in the context of a fight, SpongeBob usually LOSES in a cartoony way. So a 'DARK' targeting effect won't work on Dark type pokemon and a LIGHT targeting effect would do nothing to anything Ash has.
