Like, its fine and all, but there is NOTHING too it. I don't get a feeling for the characters it is about at all from the lyrics, its vague and general as shit.
Like, look at Boop, that had Nora written all over it! And Dreams Come True, you smell the Pyrrha coming off of it, and it was obviously about Jaune.
But this? We only really know its Sun singing about Blake because, well, we were told outright. Seriously, when has Sun ever shown some kind reluctance to liking Blake? When has their dynamic ever come across as, y'know, this?
This is a great song technically speaking, but when it comes to story and character relevance, it's fallen completely flat for me.
Maybe I'm just not listening hard enough, or I've missed some references in the lyrics, I don't know.
