I find the game is very underappreciated and sadly, I can unserstand why if you don't know moon.

>I have mainly been trying to figure out what re-births exist and which characters you can continue to play with after they have been reborn.AFAIK right now there are the following ones, which can all be accessed from the cheat menu (but I'll post the legit ways briefly):
- Robot/Android (needs you to go to the secret laboratory and get a quest that asks you to retrieve a certain object from the Floating continent)
- Bee Girl (go to bee girl village and lose to the bee queen)
- Lamia (lose to the lamias)
- Slime girl (Secret Underground laboratory, you have to offer yourself for an experiment IIRC)
- Alraune (Don't really know, has been implemented pretty recently)
- "Dog girl" (basically dog ears and a dog tail, can be gotten by losing in the back alley and acting out the scene with the bandits enough time that they'll "gift you" this)
- Cat girl (Hypno School)
>which characters In theory I think any character but only a few have actual sprites prepared. You can check by looking through the picture folders and checking the characters out that have the special sprites/standing pictures

I know that the Android one and the bitch one are supposed to increase the speed at which you learn H-Abilities, I haven't delved too much into others
