Asses that are thinner than shoulders are the lowest, these women are either children who aren't adults yet, or adults with to little ass to consider people. Adults are often times they're enslaved or made to do hard or unappreciated work as slaves. They aren't allowed to enter any manner of holy site amd many owners even restrict them from praying.
All men are also technically in this category as well but stronger or smarter men are considered more valuable than assless women and men that are enslaved will usually only be as a punishment or only temporarily.
Women with butts wider than their shoulders but under 2 feet wide are the lowest rung as actual citizens, they're allowed to own and sell goods, but aren't allowed to enter places of a higher religious value than simple churches and cannot join the clergy (I'll probably need to work up terms for their own religious system). They pay full taxes as well.
2 to 4 feet wide allows them to enter temples and join the clergy at the lowest level, most will work jobs at this level as nuns in churches or temples and they are entitled to housing within churches and temples. They pay minorly reduced taxes as well.
4 to 6 feet allows them to become priestesses, most will work as such and are entitled to their own church to live in along side at least 1 other priestess and 4 or more nuns. At this level they can also join the political system and receive voting rights towards their local mayor, count, or governor. Though they can't rise above this voting position. They receive a further tax deduction if they vote in every election.
