Everything aside from that is hocus pocus shit to prescribe pills, not interested in the (((medical))) industry and any of their scams. But if I break a rib and they need to bust in there to move it back into place then so be it.
Where Im at now is pain free in the knees by simply removing the extension machine. I can still squat, hack squat, front squat, you name it all pain free as of the last few weeks by just shoahing the extension machine. I will potentially revisit the machine in due time, but not soon.
