My chest looks the same doing 30 sets as it does doing 3 sets. I’m fucking telling you the truth. My body doesn’t respond to the volume at all, all it does is give me joint pain. This is why I’ve always assumed I had dog shit genetics.
The fact 3 sets of weighted dips has my chest looking identical to me doing 30 sets of various chest day exercises tells me I have shit genetics. Why? Because people with good genetics respond better and better and better to more and more volume.
