Make sure the bar/weight is mid foot and make sure you aren't using too much of your hips out of the hole.
Elbows up always, think about this when you reach the bottom and keep driving them up.
Unrack tighter, lats tight etc.
Make sure the bar is in the correct position/groove, it should be against your neck.
Mobility work and stretching before it also helps a ton for me. Obviously lower body but also Wrists, Lats, Tspine, Triceps.
Butchers block stretch might help you instantly.
