No but, serious question ramping up going back to the gym, what would be the easiest way in to lifting? doing high reps and low weight to get used to movements/get blood flow going or doing low reps low volume with as heavy weight as possible? If I start with low reps and just try to do some fluff stuff I often feel like I'm just wasting a shit ton of time and start doing yolo maxes anyway but going heavy as fuck fast as fuck also isnt very comfy either either way I dont like getting monstrous fucking doms instantly might start doing high frequency and just squat every day for a period, or will I burn out? or should I just do once a week compounds and not be a retard I feel every way is the wrong way when you are so out of touch of lifting again before you get up to an actual decent working weight and have some decent work capacity inb4 SS

I drank a fifth of jack on new years and passed out without drinking water and didn't do gomad the following day. I weighed myself I was 10lbs lighter than 2 days ago. If I drink a gallon if water today and a gallon if milk on top of 2k calories of food will I bounce back
