Is it true that if you choose CS as a major and later go into the tech-industry that you will never get a girlfriend? Is this some kind of curse?

I'm an IT Help Desk Assistant. I have no formal education in IT or CS. I ran my own computer repair service for like 2 years out of highschool. I have an associates in business and I dropped out of university for architecture.

And even I have a gf. Literally just don't be fat and talk to girls.

I'm not fat and I talk to girls, but I have no idea what to do beyond talking.

Also, being able to talk to a female that isn't family or a wife of a friend while in IT happens like... once or twice a years. And with chink flu I haven't talked to a woman that isn't my sister or mother in over a year. At least before it happened sometimes. Now I'm essentially a fucking monk. Just fucking end me.

The lone girl in my department got me drunk at openworld but I turned her down anyway because she's fat and I'm no architect.
So she told everyone back at headquarters I was gay. Which I figured out after a couple months later after everyone over in finance and hr started treating me differently.

Honestly, i have ceased to care about finding a mate, seems like the cons outweigh the pros nowadays.
In the past i almost got married, so really, if you are well off financially and ain't a complete and utter sperg, you should eventually be able to land something, but again, not that i think it's worth the trouble.
