It is the same here. India and China were agriculturally rich, they had huge populations and huge cities, yet they just sat and did nothing for millennia. Then, within a few centuries of Europe developing the heavy plow and its own agriculture, it was developing advance technology never seen before, outpacing all other civilizations.
And now, for some reason, all ethnic minorities possess racial hatred towards white people and racially discriminate against them for not being "diverse". Just as the communist laborers resent the scientist starting his own business and becoming a millionaire, even though he greatly improved their lives by increasing their wealth 5 fold. This is what this is all about. It is a very base sociopathic thing, you are not thinking "how did these white people build high trust communities and prosperity, maybe I ought to try it", they are thinking "I want that, what they have, it should be mine" and they will search for any excuse to do it.
The world is not a nice place. In order for good to prevail it must be stronger than evil and for 60 years white people have lived with this naive belief all are equals, all are good people like themselves. To them it would be an indignity to be so petty, but, really, minorities are like that, they are not the same.
