Sure we have a lot of poor but we also have a lot of rich, it’s the kind of place that has big risk and big reward.
Euros and Asians are more compressed into the lower middle with less rich and poor respectively.
If that’s the kind of safe little box you want than have a good time, but I like the ability to strive and earn what I can.
The average American family has a 2000 sqft home, two kids multiple cars, takes a few vacations a year and is fat.
The average euro has a small apartment and a cat and maybe a kid if they can afford it.

The estimated asset value of America is like 250 trillion dollars, there are something in the realm of 25 trillion just in financial assets and loans and our gdp is 20+ trillion a year.
And we still have vast undeveloped land for more people to build yet even more wealth.
