I just think a terrorist would have to be exceptionally stupid to formally threaten the president. Why the fuck would anyone do that? If you're planning to kill the president, shut the fuck up. Nobody has to know. They'll know when he's dead.
To me people threatening anything are nothing but mad citizens who wish they could depose the government.
