Funnily enough, many of Dutdut's current problems (like trains breaking down or heavy traffic) are the exact same problems that P-Noy had, but while P-Noy got most of the flak for the fuckups under him, the same doesn't really seem to be happening under Dutdut. Heck, you don't even see any "Tugade resign" or "Duterte resign" statements due to the MRT, when there were plenty of "Aquino/Roxas/Abaya resign" comments due to the MRT. In fact, while pretty much anything wrong that happened under P-Noy was blamed on him (even the things that probably should have been blamed on his minions instead), when the same fuckups happen under Dutdut, no one seems to blame Dutdut anymore. Whatever happened to the "command responsibility" argument that used to be so common with P-Noy?
