Also the mental health gains have been worth it. I've learned to not fear failure.
I used to be very socially anxious, now that I've been around people several times a week, I understand that everyone is too focused on themselves.
I slow jog too, just a few days ago I broke my personal record and jogged 22 mins. feelsgoodman. You get different benefits from different things. I get endorphins from cardio and ego boosts from lifting.
It's good that you're still staying fit anon but you're not stealing my strength gains, i will keep lifting
