This was a generation brought up in the height of the Victorian years but rebelled against Victorian values as youths, adopted evangelical, spiritual beliefs, believed in new kinds of global thinking, led the command of the First World War and ended up eradicating the next generation of young men, ruined the futures of that next generation again by helping contribute to the Great Depression and pooling all their money into Wall Street New York while moving British wool, cotton, steel and mining industries into Asia for cheaper labour, they then led and commanded the Second World War as older men, in a crusade against fascism while sacrificing the Empire, and helped lead the way for the beginning of decolonisation. They started both the League of Nations, and the United Nations. They gave the vote to women. They started bringing in immigration from the colonies. It was this generation that brought about the end.
