How does it feel to be born and live in Worst Korea

To tell you the truth, I will explain the overall politics here. Every political party is a moderate right wing or extreme far right wing. The most leftist political party here is a moderate right wing in real political practice. Most of the political supporters in South Korea are far right wing, worse than the Republicans in the USA. (I studied in Northern California for two years as a high school student, so I can compare better) Those far right wing supporters call the moderate right wing parties "far left wing Communist parties". This is very strange and very unorthodox. Even criticizing the wrong-doings by the South Korean government will be called "you are an enemy of Korea, you must die". This gets worse because my country has a strong presidential system, a source of all evil in democracy.

To me, you can reasonably say that South Korea is a Nazist country. My country has more things in common with the anti-Semitic Third Reich than any decent democratic country on this Earth. Or you can also think that South Korea is a Stalinist country based on how the whole country is run in the inner guts of politics.

Ironically our South Korean culture has more in common with Marxist-Leninism than your typical democratic cultures in other countries. Our culture is more degraded than the one in the former USSR.

To conclude this, my life sucks here. I totally regret serving in the conscript-based military that serves the most undemocratic elite in the world in the "most democratic country on Earth" other than Japan and North Korea.
