The entire Commie Bloc, every Arab country, almost all of Africa, Asia and Latin America voted with the resolution which had to be scrapped by the UN in 1993 for the Oslo talks. Nowadays, Israel has workable diplomatic ties with, as mentioned, almost every country bare one and a half in Iran and Syria. it has better ties with Arab states than some European ones, unimaginable even twenty years ago.
My prediction is in a few years, Abbas will die and there will be a power vacuum in the West Bank - the PA will collapse. Israel will try to stop Hamas or PIJ from taking over and launch a new, even bloodier conflict to restore order. With everything back to square one, thousands of Israelis dead and tens of thousands of Pals dead, Israel will rip off the bandaid and offer a loyalty oath or expulsion to an expanded Gaza. Israel will be a massive pariah for a few years but when European nations begin deporting and expelling Muslims, they'll shut up. Such is the dark future for Palestinians, but as a certain former Texan Congressman would have told them, "You could have stopped it"
