The point is not how big its radar signature it, but how weak its capabilities are being hampered by its size. I know what the idea behind these decoys are, but the assumption that it can saturate any modern IADS network by successfully faking real aircraft signature is ludicrous to say the least. It could work with some ancient SA-2 systems and P-40 radars, I give you that.

If you think that state of the art IADS can't identify tiny decoys from aircraft and PGM, you are delusional, and that's without truly standoff EW systems. The long wave radars you keep discarding are bound in a network that processes not just data from each radar in particular, but return from all radars at once. You can proceed with your Neanderthal way of seeing it as a mere tool of early warning while your 250 tiny useless decoys are getting puzzled out like a kid that tries to lie to an adult or like that "stealth" drone that Iran landed using a Russian ECM system.
