Go here from the looks of it this guy hand makes each one. He does sell them to his email is included in that post. Probably going to be on the pricier side though since everything is all done himself.

Try emailing Martin Olexey. He does a knife of that scale, the A.E.T., and he also does some nice D-guards. I can't imagine it would be any kind of difficult to convince him to do a D-guard big knife.

That particular knife was made by a guy on bladeforums who basically just remakes that same knife over and over.

I BELIEVE there are about 60 of them, the run wasn't finished as Camillus began to draw-down their operations around the time of their closure.

It took me about 9 years to find that one, I think I paid $700 for it.

I prefer the profile of the 5.5" "standard" production CUDA MAXX though.

Darrel Ralph started his own company, HTM, a couple years ago.

They're a little better quality, in my opinion. They even make a 7" one in the same profile as the 5.5".

The 7" one is a Manual, and MSRPs for $600
the 5.5" is an assisted opener (now THAT'S a spring) and also retails for $600

Yeah, he sells out in a couple hours typically. He's got a chopper up right now that hasn't been sold. And sometimes other members come into financial trouble and need to part with his awesome. I wish he took commissions, cause I'd just hand him my wallet.
